Store your jewelry in a dry and separate environment. Avoid moisture, contact with other jewelry, exposure to sunlight, lotion, perfume, and hairspray. You may place them in a sealed bag or box whey they are not in use.

Do not wear pieces when exercising, swimming, bathing, or saunaing.

After taking off your jewelry, wipe them with an anti-tarnish cloth before storing it away to prevent any lingering moisture, oil, or dust.

For pieces that are dull, filmy, or starting to discolor, mix a few drops of mild dish soap with warm water and rub the jewelry with a soft cloth. Rinse in cold water and buff with a cloth until dry.

If you have a collection of our jewelry, rotate to wear them and care for those currently "on break."

Hand wash your KAO RO tableware in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly to increase their longevity.

Avoid exposure to extreme heat or cold conditions such as an oven or freezer, as this would increase and wear and tear in expansion and contraction for your items.

Although labeled as dishwasher safe, we recommend that you wash them with care. Handwashing, as suggested in Tip No. 1, will prolong the longevity of the ceramics. If washed in the dishwasher, we recommend using a natural or gentle dish detergent for ceramic care.

Although labeled as microwave safe, we suggest that you do not heat items repeatedly. Such action may slowly damage the internal structure of the ceramics and may add vulnerability to the product itself over time.

Allow the candle to burn until the wax melts evenly across the surface, reaching the edges of the jar. This creates a full melt pool and avoids wasted wax.

For optimal performance, do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. This helps extend its life and maintain the quality.

Before each use, trim the wick to approximately 5 mm. A properly trimmed wick prevents excessive smoke, reduces soot, and ensures a clean, even burn.
