How to Return

• Ship Item: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange Policy

• Follow the same steps as for returns and indicate the item you would like in exchange.

• If the new item is of higher value, the difference will be charged. If it's of lower value, we will issue a refund for the difference.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hey@yilidesign.no. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Reparir

• Items damaged within one month can be exchanged for a new one (excluding precious metal pieces).

• For precious metal items, repairs are free within one month. After that, a repair fee will apply based on the item.
